I'm talking about the Shinesparkers and Superscope podcasts which were made by Darren, Ben, PlatinumSamusUK and myself a while ago.
Just wondering if any of you have heard any of the episodes and what you though of it. I'm just curious because I just listened back to Superscope episode 5 and it was better than I remember it to be.

Btw, there wasn't much made -Superscope lasted 5 episodes before Ben got bored and theres only one Shinesparkers podcast (and an awesome trailer).

They're all free on iTunes

Sorry Owen, of course you were - you added substantially to the quality our conversation.

Anyway, what happened to the second episode of Shinesparkers again? Is it all there or is it just in bits?

I think the first was recorded using my method with seperate audio streams, but for the second Darren used his, with one. I know the audio quality was way down, but I'm not sure really.

I think the problem with that was that the separate recordings took a long time to edit and some of them were out of sync with the others.

It's a shame we didn't know about mp3 skype recorders that we used for the superscope which made it all a lot simpler if a bit lacking on quality.
Nevertheless, it allowed us to get an episode out every week which was good.

By the way, just saying, if anyone on this forum is up for making a podcast of any kind, I'll gladly help out with it because I quite enjoyed it while it lasted.

Not sure I want to go there again in regards to podcasts. They were fun, but just a lot of hard work.

All the hard work can be avoided if you're willing to sacrifice a bit of quality (by using the skype recorder you see)

I think it would be fun. You'd have chaps from the forum on it as guests and it would be very chillaxed. Just a small suggestion.

Unfortunately I never was able to find a keygen for it, so it lost it's use after two trials.

Sorry to like rain on Superscope and Shinesparker's parade, because they are VERY good podcasts.

However, I also have a podcast, made with some friends, called 'Quitting The Jibberjabber.' It's more about general news and stuff, making a mockery of it. We had a competition format, and a discusion format. We have two accounts on iTunes, with the different formats. Take a look, only if you're interested ofcourse.

Oh yeah! Don't know why I haven't got around to downloading that yet.
I'll tell you what I think once I've listen to a full episode.
