Fable III Fable-3-announced

As you probably already know, Fable III was announced a while back, but I haven't seen a topic on it at all.

I adore Fable II, I recently bought it back of CeX for £8. It's such a gem of a game.

Are you all looking foward to Fable III? Or did you just dislike the whole Fable series therefore being put off from buying it?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's planned to be Natal incorporated some how? Very Happy

I love the Fable games. When I got Fable 2 on launch day (its one of them games you got to get in store). I pretty much Black-Smithed all day. Got to the highest level and got loads of money in the process. This really benefited me in the long run. I think its the swinger achievement where you get more than one woman to join you in bed Wink Ha, I got that on my second day of having it XD.

Good times. One game I would get again but with Fable 3 coming out. I will wait and play that instead.

Fable's one of my most favouritest series ever. ^_^ Quite a big amount of people complained about various things changed or done in Fable II, I disagree with pretty much all of them. One of the best games I played on the 360, and this game is a certain 1st day buy for me. (Providing Natal isn't a necessity, which it appears not to be)

Couldn't agree with you more, I'd go as far as saying it is definetley in my Top 3 Single Player games. I can't wait until Fable III, first day buy for me too!

I have Fable 2, but I can't bring myself to play it.

Fable 3... meh. We'll see after I can finally play the second.

I'll actually play Mass Effect though because I bought that myself under my own will with regular circumstances in operation.

Anyway, that's off the topic, so I'll shut up now since I don't think I even like Fable. Maybe it's because of my unexplainable hate of Peter Molyneux...

I would get Fable 2 Darren. Going for £9.85 Classic GOTY edition. Free DLC, Knothole Island and See The Future.

According to Peter Molyneux at Brighton yesterday. Fable 3 will have past references such as Fable 2 having little references referring back to Fable 1.

I would also suggest playing through Fable II, just because it's awesome and really cheap at the moment. I played through the whole game in about a week or two, took the bastard option at the end of the game (you got 3), won't say anymore. I rented out like every house in one of the towns and just waited, I'm rich ^_^.

On Fable II I've played through the main storyline twice.

Spoiler:

I'm looking forward to Fable III. Apparently it interacts with your Fable II save file - if your character had a kid, then they become the Fable II hero. I always knew my completely fictional daughter Sally would become queen one day.

I had 4 Wives on Fable II, I was widowed 3 times. I shot the bitches when they tried to divorce me >.>

Got Fable III Collectors on Pre-Order, gunna be an absolutely awesome game, especially considering it hasn't undergone Lionheads over-hype of doom that Fable II had.

Hmmm I'm debating whether to get the game near enough on release day or wait for a little bit till I get enough for Fable 3 and Black Ops.

Unfortunately for me (and due to my pitiful bank account), Fable III is quite far down on the list of games I can afford. Yeah, I know it's approaching Christmas and the companies are rolling out their big-name games, but brand new games are bloody expensive!

I will get it eventually, though Very Happy . Question is, what happens if you've got more than one Fable II save file?

I know three people have got this game. Any thoughts you can enlighten us with? *Looks at Ben, Cory & Ian*

Obviously no spoilers!

How is the co-op?

I've had it since Friday and I'm loving the game, Co-Op is much better than Fable II as you are not stuck to a fixed perspective sort of thing...

Not really spoilerish but sticking it in a spoiler tag anyways!
