Now this is something I like the look of, about the only positive in Nintendo's line up.

1 quick thing a little message to Nintendo as it were, new IP's!!.

That 5 year old kid who had donkey kong for his b'day would like to play some new kinds of games with new Nintendo Characters please

I couldn't believe the graphics of this game, if no one told me this was a 3DS game I would have thought it was a Wii. Just excellent graphics at some points, not to mention we haven't even seen the 3D yet. The 3DS in general is beating all my expectations.

It was very unexpected for me, I really didn't think it would ever see the day, looked exactly how I imagined it. I really did think it'd be a Retro Studios thing though.

Looks awesome. Will be the first time I have ever played Kid Icarus. Really am looking forward to get the 3DS. I hope some places start to get some pre-orders in. I'll most probably get mine from GAME or I might get from Shopto.net

Both Game and Gamestation had 360 Slim, Kinect and Move pre-orders up but no 3DS.

Has a release date been confirmed, if not maybe this suggests an after Xmas release

That's got to be Sonics voice actor...

Ahem. Anyway.

I'd love Kid Icarus to have online multiplayer, as long as the 3DS definetely supports WPA.

If the 3DS doesn't support WPA, it'd be like the Wii HD not supporting HD... O_o Yeah. It has to happen!

Anyway, multiplayer could be awesome. Dependant on how it's done, as we haven't seen some proper gameplay yet outside of the videos

I am sure it does support WPA, I think it was announced at the conference itself! Not quite sure how multiplayer would work with Kid Icarus, it's never happened before! XD

It would certainly be interesting to see Kid Icarus to have multiplayer. Though, I would preferably want it without.

Will be first time playing a Kid Icarus game. If this game will be linked with any of the past games, then involving multiplayer could limit the time scale of the game as multiplayer been thrown onto a small cartridge will limit what stuff can be used for the game itself. Zelda approach is what I would like to see. Stand alone adventure so I can dive straight into and spend many hours exploring dungeons, looking for items, collectables and the whole jizz.

I never thought of that, quite logical. However, there's a lot of free space on cartridges, so they might just add it after they've done the main game.
