Which entry is the best?
Create a WiiWare game! (Win a Wii Shop game of your choice)
Heres something new I've been thinking of!
All you have to do is come up with a new WiiWare game! You must provide information on gameplay, story and characters. You could also mention how you control your games and if you want you may create a banner or a simple drawing of the game.
Simply PM me with your entry and at the end of the month I will post the entries and the forum as a whole will vote on the winner in a poll!
The overall winner will get a WiiWare or Virtual Console game of their choice! (From 500 to 1500 Wii Points)
Take note as this is a PAL competition only.
Submissions End on the 30th of April. With voting taking place the next week.

- Spoiler:
- In the not too distant future, corprations have the ability to sentence a person to death if one of their games are illegally downloaded. Young Haxman overstepped the mark several times without detection for a short while, but things have caught up to him and he is sentenced to gaming hell for his sins!
YOU, THE PLAYER, MUST GET HIM THE HELL OUTTA THAR!! By guiding him through over nine thousand challenging (and repetitive) levels to re-unite him with his beloved laptop in reality.
WHO WINS??!?
YOU DECIDE!!!!

- Spoiler:
- Name: Pokemon Chapters
Description: Simply put, Pokemon Chapters is a game in episodic form where you play as a character from one of the Pokemon games and follow an in-game story to do with them. A variety of characters are playable, and in each, you use Pokemon from their team, explore new and old areas, and get to know the character better. Best of all, this is done with beautiful 3D-esque graphics. Think of the Special Episodes from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Sky (if you actually played that game).
Gameplay: Gameplay works exactly how it does in the Pokemon games. Battles are the same, and the general mechanics are the same. The only change is that most episodes do not allow wild Pokemon to be caught. After completing these episodes, any Pokemon caught (mainly legendaries as they are the only Pokemon caught in some episodes) can be transferred over to D/P/P/HG/SS/B/W.
Story: There are five episodes, each costing about 500 points:
Episode 1: Red – In this episode, Professor Oak calls up Red and Blue, asking them to visit a new island discovered recently and capture one of each Pokemon on the island. Blue rushes off, and Oak warns Red that a very strong Pokemon was spotted on the island. Red arrives on the island and sees Blue, who challenges him to capture all Pokemon on the island first. They run around the island catching the new Hoenn and Sinnoh Pokemon, but then Blue gets attacked by a Darkrai and it’s up to Red to help.
Episode 2: Eusine – The episode follows Eusine as he hunts for the Legendary Beasts over Johto. He starts in Ecruteak and meets up with Morty, who becomes his partner, and they hunt around for information. They learn that the three Legendary Beasts are in three different dungeons, and they venture off to these places to capture the three Pokemon. This episode has mainly double battles, with both Eusine and Morty.
Episode 3: Maxie/Archie – This episode begins with playing as either Maxie or Archie. They plan to both use a machine to make more land or sea, and the only way it will work is by using it at the peak of Mt. Pyre. They go through Mount Pyre, battling or shoving away trainers in their way. When they get to the peak, they discover that a new team is planning to wipe out the whole Hoenn region and build his own personal fortress on the spot. He takes the machines and flies off to Sky Pillar in the hopes of using Rayquaza to destroy Hoenn. Maxie and Archie must team up to defeat the new team. This episode also has double battles, this time with Maxie and Archie.
Episode 4: Cynthia – In this episode, Cynthia, the Champion of Sinnoh, discovers that a disturbance has occurred in Snowpoint Temple. She travels there to see Mars and Jupiter, having created Neo Team Galactic, trying to reawaken Regigigas with a machine. They succeed, but Regigigas gets out of control. Fleeing the temple, Cynthia has to capture the three Regi’s in three caves and fly back to Snowpoint Temple in a time limit.
Episode 5: Gym Leaders – All 32 Gym Leaders of all 4 regions have been gathered at a floating stadium in the sky for a tournament. You can choose to play as any Gym Leader, each with 6 powerful Pokemon. Each Gym Leader has slight changes in story. You can face all the other gym leaders in a tournament, but there is something fishy about this. Who invited them to the stadium? Why are people vanishing? And who is the mysterious man following the gym leaders? Note that this episode is kept secret.
Characters: In each episode, new characters will appear. Some will be main playable characters (e.g. Red, Eusine), some will be partners (e.g. Morty), some will be important in other ways (e.g. Mars and Jupiter), and some will be mere cameos (e.g. Candice in Episode 4). Many Pokemon will also appear.
Controls: The game can be played with a variety of controls – Wiimote on its side, Wiimote and Nunchuck, Gamecube Controller and Classic Controller. Buttons are mapped for movement, selecting an action, deselecting an action – similar to actual Pokemon games. However, unlike handheld Pokemon games, movement is not restricted to four directions. You can move in any direction.
Graphics: The game’s graphics are basic cel-shading as the game would not handle great graphics. The art style is relatively cutesy, but not over-the-top cutesy – think of Wind Waker, but not as good. Remember, it needs to not take up much room!
Music: The music will be remixed music from certain games mixed in with new tunes. For example, the Pallet Town theme will be remixed in Episode 1, but the island will have new music.
Pricing: Each episode is 500 points. However, if you have the first four episodes, the last episode is 400 points.
Replayability: Each episode has just one memory slot. However, the episodes only take a couple of hours maximum to complete, so it’s not too much of a bother. If you replay the games, new things will appear, from cameos to new Pokemon to a harder mode. If you buy and complete all five episodes, a secret will be unlocked in Episode 5 for you to enjoy. Also, some episodes can be replayed as different characters, such as Episode 3 and Episode 5.
Multiplayer: Some episodes allow co-op with other players (specifically, Episodes 2, 3 and 5).
Connectivity: These games can connect with the DS to transfer Pokemon over. Each episode has Pokemon that can be transferred over (Episode 1 has any Pokemon caught including Darkrai, for instance).
