Good times.
It's quite possible, what with Heart Gold/Soul Silver coming...i'm there if you're there!
I'll be there!
I know what you mean Rawk. Her voice was outstanding, but I think the nice looking women mainly got my attention on there That little girl crying caused a controversy debate on the skype chat.
Yet again, good times!
Re: Off-Topic Pub

Haha. I'm a natural defender when it comes to playing football. Score a few goals in my time
Re: Off-Topic Pub

Scored a couple going up for some corners, always get's a laugh, and the other teams expression on their face's in priceless.

Haha they are good times. My mate use to do that every time when we had a corner around the 89th minute.

Re: Off-Topic Pub
I watched Only Fools n Horses on dvd last night. Rodney Come Home. Only Fools n Horses is the best comedy there is! Shame, that today there isn't that much comedies like Only Fools n Horses about nowadays. Imported American crap which arrive over here like a women's mood-swing (no offence Catrin)
Re: Off-Topic Pub
Did Scott watch Rock and Chips?
Also, there's been some amazing sitcoms. Only Fools, Vicar of Dibley, just to name a few. It's a shame that either the quality of older ones are slipping or new ones are just horrible. Sometimes, sitcoms imported from America or changed to suit an American audience is just awful. Some stuff like My Wife and Kids were hit/miss, but we had gems like Fresh Prince.

I have just been putting together the finishing touches to my latest edit, I am not 100% happy with it, but I had to rush it together. I also played with Edius 4 for the first time ever.

I did indeed mate, was brilliant.
Re: Off-Topic Pub
I liked it too. It was a nice insight into what happened before Only Fools and Horses, and I loved all the links with the show. Is it just one episode however?

I think it is to be honest. I could see some more about the past of Only Fools n Horses but I don't know what. I wouldn't mind a present special. The likes of David Jason, John Challis and so forth.
Re: Off-Topic Pub
I still think Blackadder is the best sitcom ever, but that doesn't stop the rest that have been mentioned so far from being great.

It doesn't appear to be on the schedule for tonight So you're probably right. Shame, really At least I don't have to listen to Denzil's atrocious Liverpool accent

Too right. Twas a bad Liverpool accent.
I love Blackadder! I have the complete box-set. I have Bottom and Father-Ted on box-set as well
Re: Off-Topic Pub
I have all of Blackadder stored on a DVD in iPod format hiding somewhere...
The only series I actually have a box-set for are the two Ghost in the Shell ones, 1st and 2nd GIG.
Actually, I have ALL of the Ghost in the Shell series on DVD (and 2.0 on Blu-ray).

Re: Off-Topic Pub
Warrior needs food badly.
Right now I'm working out some ideas for an audio drama script, since gauging the interest in one on that forum of which I'm a member but of which I will not speak. It seems right now that people want Zelda the most, but Metroid and F-Zero still interest me, as does a Kirby audio drama -- didn't think it would work or that if it could that I could pull it off, but once it got suggested, I got a few ideas for one.

Re: Off-Topic Pub
Metroid would interest me, but you can't really do audio with Metroid, the majority of the characters aren't human.

None taken. I'll getcha back.Soundwave wrote:Imported American crap which arrive over here like a women's mood-swing (no offence Catrin)
To continue the comedy line, how about Red Dwarf? I *LOVE* that show, its sheer comical genius. The Cat is my favourite character (nope, not biased at all ), closely followed by Rimmer. Blackadder is also a favourite, particularly the last ep with the whole underpants and pencils scene, which brings me to my favourite quote of all Blackadder: "I think the phrase rhymes with 'clucking bell'." Ahh can't beat the oldies.
